Cor Metal offers precision bending and cutting of reinforcing steel. Thanks to the large capacity of our plant, we can serve small and large construction sites, while maintaining the quality of the reinforcement, cutting accuracy and speed of delivery.
CUTTING AND BENDING REINFORCING STEEL
Do you need reinforcing steel for your construction? Our bending and shearing lines prepare concrete reinforcement to your exact requirements. We bend and cut reinforcing steel bars with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 32 mm and in any desired length. To ensure the highest possible quality, we only use certified hot-rolled steel.
PILE REINFORCING CAGES
We use fully automated production processes to manufacture pile reinforcing cages that are stiffer and more dimensionally stable than conventionally tied armatures. These properties are very important when inserting reinforcing rebar into boreholes for the foundation of structures in very difficult geological conditions.
STANDARD STEEL REINFORCEMENT MESH
Do you produce reinforced concrete, or do you need to reinforce a foundation slab or screed floor? We can provide you with standard reinforcement meshes made from certified steel. We offer rebar meshes of various diameters, mesh widths and overall dimensions.
REINFORCING MESHES - ATYPICAL
Do you need atypical shapes and dimensions for the construction of reinforcing meshes? We can cut and weld reinforcing mesh to your exact requirements and project documentation.
WELDED REINFORCING MESH CAGES
We also offer the production of welded mesh cages exactly according to the design documentation. During the production of the mesh cages, we pay attention not only to the exact dimensions, but also to their maximum strength during transport and pouring of the concrete mix.
PURCHASE OF FERROUS SCRAP AND NON-FERROUS METALS
Do you need to get rid of unwanted ferrous scrap or non-ferrous metals? We are happy to buy it from you.
TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING
We make sure that you get the best possible handling of your concrete steel on site. That’s why we deliver it bundled with straps, with the smaller elements in big bags. The steel is then delivered to the agreed location on time, either by our own lorries or by lorries of trusted external haulage contractors.
